My path into holistic health began with my own healing journey. After the birth of my first child, I struggled with significant health challenges, including severe fatigue, digestive issues, and autoimmune symptoms. I was diagnosed with celiac disease and Hashimoto's thyroiditis and often felt exhausted, sleeping up to 16 hours a day. Despite searching for answers, I knew there had to be a more comprehensive approach to wellness — one that looked beyond symptoms and considered the body as an interconnected system.

That search led me to the emerging fields of energy medicine, biophoton research, homeopathy, and mind-body healing. Through these modalities, I experienced profound improvements in my own health and gained a deeper understanding of the body's remarkable capacity for self-regulation and restoration.

Today, I combine modern technology with holistic principles to support clients seeking a personalized, non-invasive approach to wellness. As a doctoral candidate in Natural Medicine, my studies focus on integrative health, subtle energy, and the connection between science and consciousness.

My work centers around Seraphim Cellular Coherence sessions, a gentle, light-based experience designed to support communication and balance within the body's systems. Using non-invasive assessment techniques and individualized wellness strategies, I help clients identify areas of stress and support their body's innate ability to restore balance.
